The Educational Technology and E-Learning (ETEL) journal is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic publication by Inkwise Press.
ETEL provides a dynamic platform for scholars, educators, technologists, and policymakers to exchange innovative research and best practices in the design, implementation, and impact of technology-enhanced learning environments.

The journal aims to bridge the gap between educational research and digital innovation, fostering the development of inclusive, effective, and future-ready learning systems worldwide.

Editorial and Peer Review Policy

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process by qualified experts in the field.

  • Submissions are screened using iThenticate/Turnitin to ensure originality and academic integrity.

  • Editorial decisions are based on scientific rigor, educational relevance, and innovative contribution.

  • The journal adheres strictly to COPE, ICMJE, and OASPA publication ethics and transparency standards.


Open Access and Licensing

ETEL operates under a gold open-access model, ensuring unrestricted global access to all published content.
All articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license, allowing free use, distribution, and adaptation with appropriate credit to the authors.


Indexing and Digital Preservation

To ensure long-term access, citation, and scholarly recognition, ETEL:

  • Assigns Crossref DOIs to all published papers.

  • Uses LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, and the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) for digital archiving.

  • Meets the editorial and metadata standards required for indexing in Scopus, Web of Science, and DOAJ.
